As part of Light Night 2016 The Black-E will be hosting two events. First, Afterglow, is a light installation by Carlos Bernal which translates the immateriality of space, architecture, and causality into a choreography of structural elements. Mapped light-projections onto six consecutive screens will create a new dimension, a space-time tunnel where the energy of light is transferred and transformed.
5pm – 11pm
The Black-E’s resident circus artist will present his piece Anyday that is a contemporary circus trampoline show that uses elements of clowning, physical theatre and object manipulation. Anyday takes its name from the daily life of a lonely character, Max, and his bird. As the show develops the character lives trough a series of events, moving from the absurd through comedy moments to a more sophisticated and melancholic atmosphere.
Duration: 40 minutes
Admission to both events is free
